Each milestone lasts for 6 months:

Who doesn’t LOVE a new shiny workbook and pen (I hope it’s not just me?)
Once signed up to the full Framework we will send you our lovely shiny workbook in the post with a shiny gold pen to ‘write your success’.
You will have various worksheets for each milestone to work through and these will be emailed over once signed up in full.

At 6 weeks of the course we will have our first session, time to get really excited!
Our first session is the planning session, which lasts for 3 hours.
We will go over you, your business, what you’re aiming to achieve (and we will!)
It’s a great chance to determine the outcomes you are looking for, after all, that is why you are here!
There is a planning session for each milestone, the more milestones, the more planning sessions!

After your planning session, we will begin fortnightly dedicated 45 minute advisory session 1 to 1 with me *
These are your accountability buddy sessions, to keep you on track, make goals and plans and progress through the milestone.
*These sessions occur on weeks there is no planning session or quarterly review session

At the end of every 12 weeks we will have a slightly longer advisory session for 90 minutes.
We will review the previous quarter, and plan for the next quarter.
Let’s make sure we know what we want and to achieve and keep on track!
